We currently offer shipping to the following areas:
- Local Delivery: Available within Melbourne and surrounding areas (within 20 km radius). Free delivery for orders over $50.00.
- Other Areas: We also provide shipping to major cities across Australia. Shipping fees vary based on distance and shipping method.
- International Shipping: Currently not available. We plan to expand to other countries/regions in the future.
2. Shipping Time
- Local Delivery: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, with delivery usually within 2-5 business days.
- Other Areas: Delivery times vary between 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Please refer to the order shipping notification for the specific timeline.
3. Order Processing
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after placement.
- All orders will be shipped via reliable courier services, and you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
4. Shipping Fees
- Local Delivery: Free delivery for orders over $50.00.
- Other Shipping Areas: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

6. Returns & Exchanges
